Fair Dealing And Copyright In Canada
Private study- if a student was using a book to get notes it would be ok, wouldn't be copy-write.
research- students can use and make copies of any works when needed for research. if the research is to be published, either online or in print, the works used may not be included as this may not be considered fair dealing.
